I am running Horizon as an admin, the usb is configured with my xbox 360, it has my profile and game save on it. The USB is a Sandisk Flashdrive.
I’ve tried closing and restarting my pc. I’ve tried reformatting my USB (yes I did move the saves around, so they’re back on the flashdrive for now).
I read about one guy who says that Horizon changed his system settings, and that it was only allowed to read internal storage. How would I fix that if it is the case?
Are either of you on the new beta dashboard? There was an update that changed something with storage that makes it incompatible with the current version of Horizon.
I had a pretty extensive update before logging in, so that may be likely. Although, I don’t see anything different with the dashboard, so I’m not sure.
I have the same problem, When I put the pendrive in the xbox if recognized, did not ask me to format it, but when I put it on the pc and the horizon did not detect the flash drive, I have the Last version of horizon !! Please Help! .before I did the same, with the same flash drive, but after the xbox live update, It doesnt work, Help D:
I see a note block With the Name : name and inside of the note it say Device USB ( I see that when I put On Xbox Reset the Pendrive and if I put reset on the PC I appear nothing)
So, I am getting this same problem. My usb is not detected even if i run it as admin. I tried many things like reformatting on both systems multiple times and I re installed horizon but still nothing. I have practically tried everything.
Xbox 360
Xbox has a update for mcraft with does interfere with the current configure.file in you folder this could be a patch that’s making horizon incompatable
hey guys i had this problem before…
pluged into xbox its reads it and you reformat blah blah
you have to reconfig it in a different xbox
didnt really get any help till i actually called xbox and said it wont let me configure it anymore then she said it already was took it to a friends house got it reconfigured there now it works
im not sure if this has been answered yet but its simple and had worked for me
goto system settings > storage > hover over you main hard drive > press X, LB, RB (fast as possible) it should sho up as delete system update > confirm (yes) > goto system settings > storage > hover over your usb > press (Y) > now dont format but use the last option (have forgotten what it was… if that didnt work then use format as your last option)
hopefully that makes sense right dir but this is what i have dont now simply connect back t xbox live to download the system update and yea
