I stopped modding etc around 5 months ago, I came back to it today and tried to download the new Horizon as when i had it this website was called HorizonMB, it downloads but cant find ‘Setup.msi’ when installing… HELP?
Seems like it could be a false-positive, I could be wrong but try disabling your anti-virus and downloading Horizon again from the official link, here.
