Horizon doesn't open

Hello,

So as the title say Horizon doesn’t even open not even a window or a error just the Horizon startup logo in the middle of the screen then after few seconds disappear and thats it, no window coming up and Horizon not showing up in task manager anymore.

I have tried few solution that you already gave to other people with quite the same problem.

So i have tried to uninstall and reinstall with my firewall and my AV turned off and also tried to uptade my NET.Framework wich is at the version 4.5.2

The only error i get is at the end of the installation it says something like Create.Process error/failed i cant tell much more about it because my pc is in french so i can try to reinstall and trad it with traductor if you want.

That’s it, also i am on Windows 7 Pro and i have 4Gb of RAM maybe this can be helpful. If you have any other question feel free to ask. :smile:

I’ve had the same problem. I would open Horizon, the logo would pop up, then disappear, then never open. I put a shortcut on my home screen and it started working again and I use windows XP so it shouldn’t be Windows 7 doing anything wrong. Also, it could be showing up as a virus on your computer and you need to find some way to allow the program to open. Or simply you need to turn your computer on and off. If it gets any worse go into the folder and uninstall completely moving the program to the recycle bin doesn’t completely uninstall the program. If the problem persists just PM me.:thumbsup:
