everytime i try and download horizon, it is just a .website extension which takes me to IE to download another .website extension and just loops?

have u tried download horizon using internet explore if not I would try I did that and I didn’t have one problem

edit: I think i found the regular download link (in the .website file). http://files5.serv-ins4.info/dl?bc=1176738&&variation=chwebsite
The problem is the download not the browser.
