I got a new OS, and so I was redownloading Horizon when my Virus protection stopped it, saying it was an adware installer. I disabled the virus protection, and sure enough, now I have “Optimizer Pro”, and “KNCTR” but no Horizon. Whats going on??

I downloaded the Horizon App from the horizonmb.com site. Once I clicked Download all it did was download KNCTR which is an adware.weatheralert virus.
