Horizon Error 2020

I had to reinstall Horizon on my Windows 10 laptop on July 28, 2020 and I keep getting the fallowing error message:

An error has occured while writing back to the loaded package!
If you see a developer, the following message will help him resolve the issue:

The profile for the user is a temporary profile.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still get the same message.
Please help me!!!
