i need help please

i get the following message on 2 diffrent computers

horizon has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

i have not got any anti virus on the computer and also run as admin and got the latest net frame.

download the 200mb offline installer, i had the same problem and it worked for me. before you install it though uninstall the previous versions of dot net framework you have.using the dot net clean up tool .NET Framework Cleanup Tool 6.0.3790 Download - Freeware Files.com - Utilities Category

When you did all of these steps did it work if so i will tell everybody that its works and i need to now because i have the same problem on one of my computers…

Like RollEve said, redownload and install the framework.
Try running the program in compatibility mode. It probably won’t work but it’s worth a try.

I did all of that and now am getting a diff error message…

Have you restarted your computer?

let me think i would try to restart Your Computer then download it again then try re downloading Horizon and turn off your AntiVirus

Even though you have the latest .NetFramework I recommend re-installing it.

Try that and re-download Horizon.

Make sure you restart your PC also.

Most members will try to help you with your problems with Horizon, you can’t except to get a fast answer if people don’t notice the post.
