We moved to a new installer that doesn’t require admin privileges. Because of this, we can’t remove the old installation that is installed to Program Files. Horizon now installs to the user’s AppData folder (like Google Chrome and other user-only apps). Since the package is so small, we figured it wouldn’t be an issue to remove the custom location option.
