What ever you do, don’t listen to testman12
If you want someone to help you over teamviewer, n i c k would probably be the best person to help you. Ask him nicely and make sure he’s not busy and that he can make some time.
no code pops up just a pop up that says “Horizon has stopped working” then closes
Did that click on it after download and nothing happens
Did you restart your computer
Yes i did
Click the “START” button which should be the Windows logo to the bottom left of your screen, then search for “WINDOWS UPDATE.” If this is too complicated you could also find it in the “CONTROL PANEL” which could be found by clicking the “WINDOWS LOGO” on the bottom left of your screen and depending on which version of Windows you have you should be able to find it either on the right hand side of the"START TAB." I will look up some pictures of the control panel that is listed on, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows Vista, if you have any other version of Windows please tell me, and or any other member trying to help you, which version you have.
Control Panel versions:
Open Me
Windows XP: [details=Open Me][/details]
Windows Vista: [details=Open Me][/details]
Windows 7: [details=Open Me][/details]
Windows 8: [details=Open Me][/details]
Now once you find your “CONTROL PANEL” you simply want to “SEARCH” for “WINDOWS UPDATE.” The search bar should be in the top right hand corner of your control panel. I have Windows 8, but I will show you an example of what I want you to do and what you will find.
Now just “CLICK, CHECK FOR UPDATES” and any updates you find you want to install them. You may ask why exactly a simple update of Windows will fix your problem? Well the answer is simple you might have an update for Net Framework 3.5 and that is want makes Horizon incapable of responding.
Any further problems just PM me your Teamviewer ID and Password and I will help you hands on, best of luck!
