I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times, Horizon still won’t even actually launch. I tried running as administrator. Still don’t know what to do. Help.
I’ve tried disabling the firewall, antivirus, installing .NET 3.5
Nothing fixes my problem.

You should search the forum. Maybe you will find something that will work for you.
People have talked about using the process manager to view how the “horizon.exe” acts on launch. Maybe you should try that, might make it easier to search for a potential solution.
