Horizon has stopped working

I have windows 8 laptop had horizon for ages tried to use is earlier and now all I get is horizon has stopped working
I have disabled anti virus added it to the list to allow to and turned off all internet security and system security
also un installed it deleted all data app of horizon and then re downloaded it still cant get it to work ?
any solutions ???:worried:

Try redownloading .NET framework 3.5 and 4

Check if you have any Windows updates and take them if you do.

Go to your Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features and check if you have 3.5 installed. If you don’t, get it here:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150

Try this. Go to settings > control panel > programs, and open Turn Windows Features On or Off. Make sure your .Net Frameworks are turned on. If you expand them by clicking on the + box you can check to see if anything is unchecked, try checking those off and see if Horizon will work now.
