I’ve never seen a tutorial for this kind of stuff. 
Err… I didn’t understand how to upgrade your perks up to III version :\
I believe at the moment it does not have the option to do that, sorry.

:help: Ok… totally noobish question : Beings that I do not play online multiplayer at all, will the tool and the mods make my single player version badass or will I have to work to earn my creds?

I personally, am not too sure since I have never played the game or seen it. However, with all modding you are breaking the ToS of Xbox LIVE, therefor you could be banned. It depends on if you are caught or not.
If you are modding single player, you should be fine. multi-player on the otherhand, you could be banned. (If the game has it)

If i try to mode Crysis 2 i dont get the windows to set the values to max. I get only a long list with cryptic variable like this
