I’m done with horizon I have tried many times uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting the computer and deleting the source files. Not working so screw this.

Are you installing the correct version of Horizon??
I was having a problem where I had Horizon on another computer with diamond, then I logged in to horizon on the one I’m on now and it took away my diamond rank. PLEASE HELP!! My original name isn’t HuntNolan_ it’s really just HuntNolan, caused again by different computer.
Oh, nevermind I fixed it. I was logged into wrong account. xD
