I downloaded horizon recently, and when I try to start it, it’s useless, doesn’t work, it appears a second in the task manager an then disappears, i’ve tried some solutions i’ve seen here, but it’s useless.
Help me please!!!

What have you tried so far to fix this?
One thing that I found that works is to create another user on your PC and install Horizon using that user. Once installed, go back to your user and try opening Horizon.

Issue is not user account but windows itself, if I run on a windows 8.1 no problems but on windows 10 doesn’t boot at all, is not compatible with windows 10
