hi all whats up with this software done the update tonight but all it keeps saying is cannot connect to server:’(
Disable your Anti-Virus, that’s the main cause.
If you have Avast! Anti-Virus, disable it but following this tutorial:

Right-Click the Avast! icon. The icon should look like this;
Once Right-Clicked, something should pop up like this;
Click on “avast! shields control”. Something then should pop up looking like this;
When you are there, you can click on the time(s) you want to disable your firewall/anti-virus so you can run Horizon.
Once you have clicked that, you should be prompted to disable it. It should look like this;
Just click “yes”, then you can run Horizon.
You can keep Avast! but always do this to ensure that Horizon will work with-out getting an error on start up.[/details]
You may also want to try disabling Windows Firewall:
Open Windows Firewall by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Security, and then clicking Windows Firewall.
Click Turn Windows Firewall on or off. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Click Off, and then click OK.
Check your anti-virus firewall, it could be blocking Horizon from accessing the server.
I’m getting the same problem. The thing is, I disable the firewall and it still doesn’t work. I have McAfee, not Avast!. I don’t know what to do…
