Horizon only works in offline mode

Every single time i open horizon it only opens in offline mode. i purchased diamond and basically have done everything that i could to try to fix it. ive restored previous versions, tried reinstalling horizon, but nothing seems to work. anyone know how to fix this problem? any help would be appreciated

Check your firewall or antivirus, it might be blocking it from accessing the internet.

Horizon Offline mode

To fix your Offline problem; do these steps. Here are a few steps on fixing your solution. Solution 1: First, if you have an anti-virus, make an exception for Horizon or turn it off. Also be sure to run as administrator. Solution 2: If that doesn’t help then simply disable your anti-virus/firewall as they are usually blocking Horizon’s connection to the internet. Solution 3: If that also doesn’t help, then go to C:\Users\YourPcNameHere\AppData\Local and locate the files Xenocode and XboxMB, …

Not sure whether they’ll still work as those instructions are relatively old, but it’s worth a shot.
Otherwise I’d try to completely delete Horizon, like all the folders and what not and then reinstalling from there.
