When ever I open horizon up it will say Horizon has stopped working for about a second then it will not load. I tried uninstalling it then installing it back again. PLS HELP ME 
Uninstall one more time, and then click the >Download Horizon< link in my signature and install that one.
If it still won’t open, try right-clicking the Horizon icon and selecting “Run as administrator”

What OS do you have?
You can try re-installing .Net Framework 3.5. I don’t think it always installs properly when Horizon installs, or for other reasons there’s an issue with it. Get it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21
