Type of Problem : file conversion/storage error
OS : Windows Vista 32 SP3
Antivirus/Firewall : Peerblocker 1.1 , Spybot S&D , Windows Defender v1.1.1600.0
Errors : Horizon missing file extension list
Extra Information : Horizon has been updated 3 times
Horizon will open the selected game and open a window to save the selected content, but the ‘saveas’ drop down box is empty. I cannot save the content to any file extension because there is nothing to select.
Horizon version(??latest to May 19th, 2016??). Windows Vista32 SP3. Gateway GT5452E.

I have uninstalled Horizon once; downloaded three times. Suggestions or links? Thanks!
