Hi,
When I start horizon it stop and i get the error CLR20r3 . I read somewhere on the net that this problem was related to Framework They suggested to uninstall all Framework drivers and reinstall new drivers. Thats what I did, and I still got the issue.
If somebody have a something I should try , pls respond to me.
