if it was my network why did it work before on this computer with the same Wi-Fi network

ok guys if you have malware bytes anti virus i suggest you uninstall it and if u have avast anti virus disable it for 10 min it should help and if you cant download horizon do the same thing it worked for me
It was the bloody ass file i deleted that little ā ā ā ā and it worked.
this fixed my same issue
