im using windows 10 and i tried re installing horizon but all i get after clicking the .exe file is this…
ive tried running as admin as well, since i upgraded to win 10 and re installed it, it just wont work
Try downloading from this link: https://www.horizonmb.com/client/v2/latest.php
You may also want to try unblocking the installer. Right click on it, click on properties, look for the Unblock button near the bottom and click it, now click Apply and then OK. It could help so give it a try.
i think im having some problems with my firewall now… i keep clicking exception but then it keeps removing itself from my computer… man i hate windows 10, preferred windows 7
cannot save due to insufficient permissions. Please save to another location
What AV do you use? I had similar issues with AVG recently.
You should try disabling your AV & Firewall, then download Horizon from the link I gave you above, if it downloads properly go ahead with the installation, if it installs properly go ahead and make exceptions for it in your AV & firewall. Now delete the installer. Now turn your AV & firewall back on. Now see if Horizon opens for you.
Ive done that and horizon successfully installed and opened, so then i turned it all back on and AVG decided to delete and remove it. i did this serveral times 
Are you sure you added the right exception? When adding the exception in AVG you need to go to your C drive>Program Files(x86)>Daring Development>Horizon>v2 and select the Horizon application that you find.
