I’ve never had this problem before. I’ve downloaded the installer and tried installing, and when I clicked done (I left the “Open Horizon after setup completion” box checked) it never opened. I tried searching for it in both program files folders and no luck. I tried searching my computer for it, and of course, no luck.
I right clicked the set-up file, and clicked properties, and clicked unblock at the bottom, still no luck. I searched my computer again, and found this error file named “Report.wer” with the text in blue, inside of a folder named “AppCrash_Horizon.exe_5f2ee1344dfff588571bd078a92cb24ebcf71d_1084f0b5”
I don’t know what this means. Can you guys please help me out?
I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
If I need to provide any more information, please ask.
Also I might have another problem after this one eventually gets fixed. Last time I tried installing Horizon, anything I did said “Acess denied” and created a corrupted file on my desktop of whatever I was trying to do.
