i cant seem to load up horizon. everytime i try it always says “Failed to connect to the server!”. any help on what to do or is this just a normal problem???

Try making Horizon a trusted program in your AV & Firewall. That is most likely the issue. If that doesn’t resolve it let us know what OS and AV you have.
