I have bought a lot of games in my profile,I have the licenses in my console (it was my personal profile) in fact all the games that I had were bought in that console,but someone hacked my account so I can’t access to that profile,so my question is if can I download the ISO of the game that I bought and then put it on my console?,how can I do it?,please I had lots of games and now I can`t play 
No there is no way to download an ISO and play the game.
You’re best off contacting xbox live support to get your account sorted. If you have a jtag or rgh you can download an ISO and extract it and play the game.
Those licenses are tied to your account, so even if you were to download them again you wouldn’t have the licenses to play them. Better call 1-800-4-MY-XBOX and get your account back. GL!
