How do i get rid of negative gold?

i downloaded a modded gamesave and after the intro it says i have negative gold and i cant buy anything how do i get rid of it?:’(

Mod the save and mod the gold to anything above -1…

you could add your save to one of the mod shops on this website and maybe they might help you fix the problem

Negative gold is a tough one

I would say mod it to -1 on the pc then do a quest to earn to positive to reset the games values modding straight to positive again is going to cause problems later on in the game it will probably go - again

but tell me how it turns out. I have had many friends come and say the exact same thing to me about there saves

I believe the maximum amount of gold you can have before it goes negative is 99,999,999.

Maybe to fix your negative gold you can add the amount of gold you have negative (so if you have -10 add +10)? Not sure if it’ll work or not, just an idea.
