How do I mod weapons and health in Gears of War 2?

I want to mod my weapons for Gears of War 2 and also mod the health of my characters.

To my knowledge, this isn’t possible using Horizon.

Yeah, backing you up here. As it isn’t included in a save file, it can’t be modded using horizon. (Correct me if I am wrong)

Since asking this question I’ve seen tutorials on youtube.com showing how to mod the weapons to max cap meaning infinate ammo. Does anyone know how to do this using other modifiers?
I don’t really understand what you mean by “As it isn’t included in a save file” could you explain and is there a way to create a file to save to my USB? When I click “open” it opens up my laptops files but does not give the option to create and save a file. Is this what you mean? Thank you for the responses.
