how do u make a custom controller for xbox360 with sharpies ? the normal sharpies I have a black controller btw

Um, you don’t.
Disassemble your controller, place all screws/buttons/circuitry/etc in a place where you’ll be able to get them later. You should be left with the plastic shell of the controller. Have at that with a can of spraypaint.
