How to change savegames icons?

Hi folks,

Anyone here know how to change the savegame icon/picture???

I’m kinda freak to keep everything as the retail files are…

Here are the examples:

  1. for the savegame file I was able to change the first picture (the left one), but the second was not possible to change

Your pictures aren’t working because they aren’t valid links. Those are links that only you can see. You need to get the shareable link.

DLC packages can’t be edited by Horizon. Are you able to right-click the other image and replace? What happens when you do?

Nothing happens when I right-click the images… and about the savegame file, only the left pick appears to be editable…

But if anyone was able to change it, for sure there is a way to revert it back… trying to find out how :frowning:

I don’t see a technical reason why we wouldn’t allow the right one to be edited. You could always use a hex editor if you’re feeling daring.

Extract whatever file(s) there are in the contents folder to your pc. Now make a dummy save on your 360, that should fix the right image issue. Now replace all the files in the contents folder of that dummy save with your extracted files. Just make sure the dummy save is an AutoSave in the same slot I guess. Not sure how saves work on LoS but as long as it’s done properly it should work.

Like I told before frank, the only reason is why I want to make it exactly like a retail save… not a big deal I know… cheers.

It worked like a charm for the savegame files… now have to figure out how to change the DLC icons :frowning:
