First off, is your flash thumb drive formatted in FAT32, which you are trying to link ? Iā€™m NOT a horizon user btw, so let others help you out.

Just configure the flash drive on a xbox 360 and plug it into a computer running horizon. It should detect the drive and allow you to access its ccontent
