HTML Help - Centering DIV

Need some help positioning my div in the center of the page.
I have tried multiple things but i can’t seem to get it exactly centered.

This is what my page currently looks like

Any suggestions on how to get the Content box aligned to the center of the page with even caps on both sides of the boarder.

First, I’d like to say that you should not ever post screen shots of your code and rather you should just post the actual code so people can replicate your project quickly to help you.
