I can make my kinect adventures “installed” like a dance central?

Not sure if I’m understanding the question correctly, but I’m assuming you want to make the Kinect Adventures game show as ‘Installed’ as opposed to 'Games on Demand?
If that’s the case, you will need to have the disc version of the game since the ‘Games on Demand’ term just means that it was purchased from the Xbox Live Marketplace instead of physically. Since you already own the game, buying it again on disc doesn’t make any sense.
I’m also not sure if there is any support from Horizon for Kinect Adventures, but if mods are available, then they should work normally within Horizon.
