when i downloaded horizon i was expecting it to be like any ordinary installation where it is an .exe and it is an application file, well… currently it is a “file” for some reason its not an application file, I’ve tried opening it with a notepad since it immediately prompts you with “Open this file with” so, i choose notepad and windows does recognize it and the file converts over to an “Application File” but, when i open it, windows tells me that it is not compatible with my windows version “Which is windows 8”.
