I cant install Horizon

I am a newb at this, and when I download the file from this website I can’t open it to install it.
The file is a Control panel item and i can’t open it to install horizon. Please help.

Im not sure if I have net framework 3.5 or higher

Where can I download the installer?

The file is called “Horizon-Setup.cpl”

There is no error message, it just doesn’t allow me to open up the file.I have downlaoded Horizon before and deleted it but, now Im trying to redownload it.

Try this download. As for the .NET FrameWork download the latest version here.

There’s a problem with the download link on the homepage, use the one in my signature instead. It’s the official installer for the most up to date version, with no extra bloatware.
