I can't redownload infinity

AVG has done a scan of my computer and removed infinity and now I cannot seem to re-download it, I always get the same message.

That the file "setup.msi cannot be found, But this file is nowhere on my computer.

Is there any way to fix this?

Completely disable AVG including the hotspot shield while downloading and installing Infinity.

This is what I have done but still there error message persists

I would go to that location and delete all the folders in the package cache and delete everything related to Daring Development in the Appdata local folder. I would also delete the registry keys for it which are located in HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Daring Development Inc > Infinity

Make sure you are downloading Infinity from here. We are on a newer version than you picture.

All traces of infinity and all it affiliated files are removed, which I’m afraid to say still has the same effect as before.

This may take a little while for us to figure out. I have no idea why it isn’t working. I’ve reinstalled it a few times now with no issues.

I asked a developer and there are additional registry keys related to the install. Whenever a program is deleted by an AV it can really screw things up. I suggest trying CCleaner using the registry cleaner. You can also try this: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/2008.08.utilityspotlight.aspx

Thank you Chris, the registry cleaner has fixed the issue and I can now happily use infinity again.

You have been a great help.
