When I click a game it says : " We Ran Into A Problem loading this tool. ". What can I do ?

Does this happen with every game you have, or only specific ones?

Try deleting the following file while Infinity is closed:
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Daring Development\Infinity\Storage\Infinity.sdf

It sounds like Infinity is having trouble connecting to the server, which is required the first time a tool is used. Try disabling any anti virus or firewall software that could be blocking it.

Download the latest version and reinstall infinity.
Disable/remove your antivirus and then try again.
If it is happening with every trainer then something is interfering with infinity. It is up to you to fin out what is.

I only get that message when my anti-virus decides to slow my internet down for a brief period. Hope this helps =/
I having the same issue with 2.0. when i launch the infinity all i get is the spinning animation. Was working at first when i updated and just stopped. I have disabled my firewall,windows defender, and removed my anti virus. Are your servers down ?
