Alright hello all! I am looking for a Skyrim save with character creation and I want crafting gear. Like Helmets, Gauntlets, Rings, and necklaces for Smithing and Alchemy for fortify 100% and around 250 skill points. The thing is I do not know the console commands for it. 
If anyone knows a save like this, or would like to create me this. It would be greatly appreciated!
I’ve tried making pre-cc saves before and haven’t had any success.
You can start a new game & upload your save after you’ve customized your character, or if you’re playing on the PC hit ~ then type showracemenu
I can set every enchantment on the enchanting table for you, and give you rings etc. to enchant. Can also give you loads of alchemy ingredients & the 250 perk points
I just need fortify smithing and alchemy by like 100% on two different rings or on the same ring and 250 perk points.

Yeah, I’m not sure how to do that. I can add fortify smithing & alchemy to gear, but the % is dependent on your level in that particular skill.
If I were to give you the enchanted items to disenchant for fortify smithing & fortify alchemy, and the required ingredients to exploit the fortify restoration glitch, you could get pretty close to what you want.
Uhm, I guess we can try it that way if you think it would work! Also, could you give me the best black soul gem there is then? =)
Anyone able and willing to do this for me? I’ll even take just the best alchemy gear you can normally find in game and 250 skill points.
