my account profile became corrupted file I do not know how to retrieve it, knowing I can not connect to Xbox Live Is there a solution please.

If you can’t connect to live then you are out of luck. You should always make a backup of any file you are getting ready to mod.

Do you mean you can’t connect to live on the corrupted profile? If so, just delete it. Make sure you select “Profile Only” when deleting, then just recover it back.
