when ever i log on to horizon i get a message “cannot connect to server horizon is in offline mode and limited tools” blah blah i have tried everything firewall,virus,unistall,change location everthing was tinkering and got it too work once then glitched and never worked again someone help getting fed up…:(:(:(:(:(
