I was going through the contents of my profile deleting the games that I added (they end in .gpd same as my title id file) and accidentally deleted my title id file. Now I can’t use the avatar award unlocker and I think the achievement unlocker as well. Is there a way to retrieve the file? 
Recover your profile using your xbox.
I don’t mean to sound stupid if I am, but how do I do that? Do I download my profile?
Yes. Delete it off of your Hard Drive then download/recover your profile.
