I need help with my Horizon!

For some reason i just downloaded Horizon and when i open it says (Windows couldn’t complete the request changes._

Error code: 0x800004002

Windows is trying to install the .NET Framework 3.5, which Horizon requires. Maybe try installing it from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150

@frank When i try to install that i get the same message!

Do you have all Windows updates installed? Also, try restarting your computer. Sounds dumb, but it sometimes works.

@frank Still Nothing Restarted my computer, Tryed installing that and still nothing. Wanna try Team viewer!

Something on your computer is corrupted. Try this:

  1. Click Start. In the Search box, type CMD. At the top of the window, right-click the cmd icon and choose Run as Administrator.
  2. At the prompt, type in FOR /R C:\ %G IN (*.dll) DO "%systemroot%\system32\regsvr32.exe" /s "%G" and press Enter.

This will take several minutes to complete. There will be several C++ Runtime errors that will appear, as well as the system slowing down. Once complete, restart the system and test.

Some people said it takes up to 40 minutes.
