i’m having these same issues 
For a good minute i thought i broke my game, so started a new singleplayer, and tried again. noooope. 
game kept instant killing me with starvation and sahara desert parched… 
glad its not just me 
the mod doesnt work - it crash the game.
Same happens for me now since the last patch

There’s nothing wrong with the trainer; in fact, I love using it. Thank you very much, Mr. AF. I just wanted to ask if you might consider changing the “F11” option to a maximum of “999” instead of “100,” as many items allow stacks of “999.” If not, that’s okay—it just won’t go higher, which isn’t an issue. I have been using Cheat Engine to make those changes myself, using a “1” stack item to switch between other items in slot one. This method is much faster than pressing a key, but again, it’s just a thought—definitely not a big deal. Thank you again for a great trainer!
