****ing Console Banned, possible to get unbanned?

I left my xbox on to get some wins on matches on gears of war 3 I come home from coming out, I get disconnected, try to sign in, and BAMF ****ing console ****ing banned for ****ing ****! I haven’t even done anything wrong for **** sakes. All I did was mod my gamesave on mw2 and gained a small amount of gamerscore and on borderlands aswell, but I never hacked my achievo’s. THIS IS A ****ING PISSTAKE, im going to ring them up I ****ING BROUGHT ABOUT £40 worth of pre-orders for DLC. Is it possible to get un console banned? and If i get a new xbox will I still be able to access my xbox live account that was console banned?

If this is wrong section then sorry, I’ve been banned from HackForums for wrong sectioning, and now im console banned off xbox, all in one day, pisstake, I haven’t even done ****.

Yes you can but xbox support can’t do it. You need to post on support forums and they will give you the generic answer of “All console bans are investigated and checked by 2 members of XBLPET. We are sorry about this and the ban will remain in place”

But yes you can still access all your dlc and ****. You will just need to redownload it on a new console.

A friend of mine is console banned and his account is not banned. He just bought a new xbox and he’s fine. Just connect on xbox.com and if your bio, etc… is Code of Conduct, you’re probably banned.

They console banned me for modding a game slightly? Just for superjump on mw2 campaign? Thats ridiculous! They should of atleast just banned me from the game or a day or week ban. I’ve never recieved a ban in my life, i’ve been a very good citizen to xbox live, and yes ofcourse im ****ing mad bro.

i highly doubt that you just got banned for a mw2 save you must of modded something else like gow or made a really bad bio, or flashed your xbox…

Try posting on the Xbox Ban forums then you can discuss it with your banners.

YES it is I try to connect to xbox live and it says im console banned, I’ve brought 6k msp accounts a while back but thats about 2-3 months ago, I don’t think that would be it.

By 6k msp account do you mean a silver brand new one with just the points or a stolen account with the points?

you the only one with the console/no other accounts been banned?

ever hosted lobbies sent messages out about them?

EDIT:this guy’s registered for 2 days had no replies on the other threads he posted and now complains he was console banned? hmmmmmmm

You need to settle down.
You just explained exactly why you are console banned.
Those accounts are made using stolen credit cards. That is incredibly illegal and they will console ban you as soon as they find out you have one signed to your console.
We had a thread about these accounts but I think it got closed due to the risk of the console ban.

Stop freaking out at Microsoft. You broke their rules and the law. They have every right to punish you as they please.

Thats it. It because the CC on that account was reported stolen. The result was a console ban. :stuck_out_tongue:
