I use single player but i just die from radiation or the anxiety a lot.

I just tried playing with the trainer on single player a few days ago. No anxiety and invisibility are definitely not working. I didn’t get to the point where I could test it against radiation.

appears that only working option is Unlimited Stamina

None of these cheats work, I’m curious why you’re offering them if multiple people say they aren’t working @greenhouse ?
