im new to this and had problems dowmloading horizon it kept coming up unsafe i saved the link on another post for version
2.8.6.2 and it saved but wont seem to open can anyone help ?
Right click on the setup installer, click on properties, find the Unblock button near the bottom, click it, then click Apply and then OK. It should now install for you.
