I was installing the Horizon 2.8.5.0 and appeared this, can anyone help me?

same here… goes to open then get the error happens… windows xp for me
Whenever I try to open Horizon from my desktop, the logo shows up but them it never opens. I let it sit overnight but nothing happened.
Solved error.
I downloaded the compressed version (.rar)
