Trying to download Horizon because apparently it got deleted from my computer, and I’m up to the “Yahoo terms of service” part.
I can’t seem to get past it at all, I have tried deleting and re-downloading the installer, but it has done nothing to help me.

Try downloading from the link in my signature.
Do you have AVG antivirus? If you do you will need to disable it before downloading Horizon. Keep it disabled and install Horizon, then make an exception for it in AVG and make sure that the 4 lower boxes below it are checked, leaving the top one unchecked. Now delete the installer and then turn AVG back on. Horizon should now work properly.

You can’t add mods to the xbox 360 version of minecraft.

Apparently it contains harmful programs.

Never mind. I managed to bypass the block.
AVG was also a problem here but I have added the download to the exceptions list.
