I made a new world in minecraft imediately saved, put that world and my profile on a USB I tried to inject a file but it said that my STFS package was invalid

The package youre trying to open/mod is corrupt, if its a profile redownload from xbl and it should work. If its a save file you might have to create a new one by playing the game and letting it resave
