Yes, I’ve just tested that to be sure, and like I said, the other mods work, however the Unlimited Health mod flicks off automatically.
If that is the case, try to reinstall the mods by clicking DOWNLOAD TRAINER at the top of this forum discussion and check if issue persists.
Yes, the issue persists. Respectfully, I think this has something to do with the game having been updated along with a big DLC released just last year, whereas the mod was last updated over 2 years ago.
We have reported the issue to the team, and they’ll have someone test it. We’ll get back to you as soon as we get updates.

Hi, Already tested and seems that Unlimited Health is still working.
Well, I’ve just tested it again, and the on/off button for Unlimited Health flicks off automatically. I don’t have this issue with any other games, and I’ve seen it before in another game, when it was fixed by one of your colleagues.
I’ve tested something, and found out that if the DLC “Aftershock” is installed, the mod doesn’t work. But when it’s uninstalled, by way of disabling through Steam’s DLC list, it works.

Good to know! It seems like the mod is designed to work with the base game and might not be compatible with the ‘Aftershock’ DLC. Thanks for the heads-up on this observation.

I’ve already cleared this up with support many months ago. But I’m assuming that there’s no interest in the game, or the mod, so they won’t update it.
If you uninstall the Aftershock DLC, it’ll work again, for the record. But it’ll be a less refined update, and you won’t have access to the hardest difficulty.
I just wanted to add to this game’s thread, especially for new readers: Angel of Death difficulty doesn’t allow the ingame cheats to activate, they end up “trolling” the player. These mods would come in handy.
With the Aftershock DLC installed, the mod “unlimited health” doesn’t work, however, the “unlimited armor and unlimited ammo + grenades” mods, do.
This mod still requires an update.

Perhaps this game’s mod could get an update to support the Aftershock DLC now? It’s been nearly a year. I know how busy you are, which is why I’m not spamming every month.

It was working perfectly yesterday, and now it black screens(still playing in the background), the moment you activate a mod.
Actually, on another look at the problem, it’s not after activating a mod, it’s on injection and reactivation of the game window.
I’ve found the problem myself. Well, by using the Wand Virtual Assistant that is. Turning off the overlay completely solves the issue. But surely this shouldn’t happen?
