question as above, is horizon planning on having a mod tool added for diamond users?

Alot of people have been asking for the tool.i think they might add it im not sure

It looks certain that there will be a tool. No idea when tho

Why does it look certain? The devs haven’t even slightly hinted at a tool. So as of now there is none that I know that of.

I believe Influence is making one. I’m not sure whether or not the Horizon devs are as well.

What i mean is, there is going to be a tool indefinatly maybe not from horizon but other xbox modding sites.
