It is possible. Download the save editor from this link and you can modify your own save. I’m pretty sure you want the “New” version if you want it to work with those DLC’s, and you may need to try using different title updates to get your modded saves to load, that is if for some reason they won’t load or show up as corrupted. And remember to always keep a backup of your original saves just in case something goes wrong while editing them.
